Integrity would be the one word description of Mike and Affordable Air. I know when I call him he will be there when he says he will. He will assess the problem and if possible give me options on the repair. Extremely honest and never tries to sell me something I don't need. I'll never use anyone else. Thanks for all you do!

Neighbor told us A/C not running. Not being there we were a little troubled at how to handle. Called Affordable Air and they came out same day, explained it was a motor. Very honest explanation, he even tried to see if it would be covered under warranty with manufacturer. Turns out motor was 9 years old and had a 10 year warranty. Unfortunately we just bought the home so warranty wasn't possible. Price for installation and part was very reasonable and cool air was up and running in 1 day. Will definitely use them again for our a/c unit!

Called with an issue Monday, AM. They arrived before noon and applied a temporary fix (could no be repaired) within an hour. Came back Wednesday and installed a new unit. Great service, great price, even better people. Thank you Deb and Mike!
