Of course the day before Thanksgiving my a/c unit decides to stop working. I was so nervous it wouldn't be able to be fixed because of the holiday. I called Arnold Air at 8am and they had a technician to my home around 12:30-1ish. He worked very hard to figure out what was wrong and got the a/c back up and running. Unfortunately, I needed his assistance again not long after he left and he was back within an hour to help me. My a/c is running great and I am so impressed with how professional Arnold Air and their techs are to stand by their work. I purposely waited a while to see how the repair held up and all is great. They came out the same day that I asked for help and had it fixed that same day. I am very happy with them and would definitely use them again.

Wow! Outstanding service. The a/c tech Kevin was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. He answered all my questions and “walked me through” what he was doing and why. Very highly recommended!
