“I've been to a lot of fitness studios, and Hot Yoga Sarasota is by far my favorite. The staff is unbelievably friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Amy, Jen, and Sara are so personable, they remembered my name after my very first visit, which says so much about how much they care about their members.

The Hot Pilates and Sculpt classes are incredible. They're challenging in the best way. Every class pushes you while still being fun and motivating.

On top of that, the pricing is amazing. Their unlimited membership is only $170/month, which is practically unheard of in Sarasota, for the quality of classes and instructors you get. If you're looking for a studio with an amazing community, incredible workouts, and unbeatable value, I can't recommend Hot Yoga Sarasota enough. 5/5 stars!“

“What a wonderful place. I go twice a week and enjoy the yoga and the atmosphere. Everyone there is so warm and caring, both the staff and fellow practicers. I look forward to my time on the mat. “Going to the Iyengar Sarasota yoga studio is never been a disappointment. I have always gained more for my practice, knowledge of yoga and my own self understanding of who I am after taking a class with them. If you have never taken a class with an Iyengar instructor/teacher try it at least once and then make your own assessment, it’s worth the treat for the experience. ( I am a Iyengar student/practitioner , so I have a great biases for the style)“
