Great instructors and a great program! I highly recommend it!!
Club Pilates has been such a great decision for me. I have lots of lower back issues and pilates has helped me to strengthen my core and make me feel limber. I love that they offer Trx and control classes to switch it up. The staff and instructors are very knowledgeable and I look forward to every session.
