What a wonderful place. I go twice a week and enjoy the yoga and the atmosphere. Everyone there is so warm and caring, both the staff and fellow practicers. I look forward to my time on the mat. The membership price is very affordable. I’ve been going since October of 2025 and I don’t have the aches and pains I used to have and I have far more flexibility.
I've been coming to Bhavana for years. It's my winter-season studio, and I often wish I could transport it back with me to my northern home. Yoga keeps me sane in these crazy times. Bhavana classes make it easy to pause to breathe, and stretch, and quiet the mind. Wendy and Betsy are wonderful teachers - but my favorite class is Qi Yoga flow with Brittany. I highly recommend his studio.
This studio is a gem , all the teachers are well trained and offer diverse safe classes. Lots of props, Yamuna balls, tai chi, bolsters etc. soft music and great shavasana . I attended unlimited for a month as I am a snowbird and fell in love with Bavana yoga !
