My daughter lives in Sarasota and I wanted to plan a private restorative class for her bday. I googled yoga studios and yoga from the heart jumped out at me.It was wonderful to deal with the office manager Susan !We went to the class while I was visiting and I knew in an instant that Lynn and her studio just became my favorite studio.Thankfully and happily Lynn offers live stream classes so I can still take classes even though I don’t live in the area. I even joked with my daughter that I need to move to Sarasota so I can go to the studio in person. LolI’ve been to many many yoga studios in both New York and California. Yoga From the Heart is the best of the best!! Incredible and diverse teachings, numerous class options, various exciting workshops and one of a kind opportunities, kind and knowledgeable instructors, and an amazing yoga community. The restorative yoga teachings have been immensely helpful for managing anxiety and chronic pain as well as providing relaxation and incredible techniques I can practice at home. Lynn is an amazing instructor and working with her is truly life changing! I recommend this yoga studio to anyone, lifelong yoga lovers and individuals just trying yoga for the first time. Yoga From the Heart’s live stream classes are an excellent way to stay connected with others and practice yoga to help manage through the COVID isolation. Long time students and those new to yoga both find great value in the classes. Lynn is an awesome teacher and it feels like we are in the yoga studio together even when I know I’m in my own home. I look forward to each class.
