“This review is for the RIVERSIDE LOCATION at St. Vincent's, Dillon Building, Suite 310. The women who work here make *ME* want to be better at my job! That's a HUGE compliment because I also work in the medical field and it gives me a reminder what it's like to be "on the other side." The Technicians, Receptionists, Nurses, Doctors, and the Midwife inspire me to increase MY empathy and go the extra mile for my patients too. I honestly can't praise them enough! I have been seen by both Midwife Amy L. Zechella and also by Doctor Caroline J. Carrion. I never feel rushed, all my questions answered in detail, and I feel completely confident and safe in their hands. I've never had trouble getting an appointment when needed and the wait time before seeing the doctor was minor. My only negative comment would be is their phone service. 90% of the time the phone goes to voice mail if you call. The receptionist OR nurse will call you back usually within the hour but sometimes it's nice to speak with someone immediately. However, when the nurse DOES call you back she is THERE FOR YOU! I've never gotten the feeling like she was rushing through the call because she had another patient on hold. They will ask the Doctor/Midwife questions for you and relay the answer and call in RX's for you if needed. They are a LIFE SAVER!!! Theses women have my utmost respect and I can't share my gratitude ENOUGH!“

“As far as the Medical Side of the facility we have no complaints however be very careful when it comes to billing. Twice they have sent us a billing that we did not owe so if you don't double check you might pay when you don't actually owe them anything and you might not get it back.“
