UF Health Family Medicine - Augustine Oaks is a practice described as good, efficient, timely, and kind. Patients report feeling actually heard for their health issues after not being heard elsewhere. The providers are pleasant, attentive, and give recommendations within their sphere. However, over the last couple weeks the office has been understaffed, leading to untimely responses and no available appointments for urgent needs like prescriptions. This has caused significant disappointment for some patients despite the practice normally being very good.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Ariadna Cabrera Gongora. She is an exceptionally attentive, caring, and thoughtful specialist. I was deeply impressed by her high level of professionalism: she tailors a truly thorough and individualized treatment plan, and her patient approach is top-notch. Communicating with her is a true pleasure. I wish everyone could find such a wonderful doctor!
I have been a patient over 10yrs. My sister have been for 3 years. The overall care, services with hands on follow-up has been excellent and outstanding! Dr. Paredes, Ariana Gongora and the medical/administration staff have been excellent in providing and managing patient health care services. They are effective and efficient; they'll go above and beyond to accommodate, ensure the patient is supported at various levels and involved with their health care! What an awesome team to have on board with your health care management!
