UF Health Family Medicine - Augustine Oaks is a practice described as good, efficient, timely, and kind. Patients report feeling actually heard for their health issues after not being heard elsewhere. The providers are pleasant, attentive, and give recommendations within their sphere. However, over the last couple weeks the office has been understaffed, leading to untimely responses and no available appointments for urgent needs like prescriptions. This has caused significant disappointment for some patients despite the practice normally being very good.
