UF Health Family Medicine and Pediatrics - Nocatee provides quality care, particularly through Dr. Brett Murray, who is praised as an outstanding pediatrician that goes above and beyond for his patients. However, experiences at the office can be marred by unprofessional behavior from the receptionist, which has raised concerns about patient treatment based on ethnicity. Additionally, there have been issues with appointment management, as automated systems have caused confusion and cancellations without proper communication. While the office manager's outreach to address these concerns has been noted, there is a clear need for improved patient interaction and service.
All the providers are very knowledgeable and helpful. They really sit with you and take the time to listen to you which is rare these days. The staff is also very kind and friendly to, always all smiles
Dr Samir Array has been my doctor since 2008. I moved to Orlando on. 2016 and I still travel to Jacksonville to keep him as my primary doctor, because he is extremely knowledgeable. He is a great diagnostician, and the test always have confirmed that. He is patient, takes time to check on his patients ij a wholesome way. The staff are friendly and kind. The automation makes harder to get someone on the phone but the app and virtual visits help. I wouldn't change them for anything. Thank you so much
I love this place specially my doc Mrs Fatima she is so sweet and understanding she listens to everything that I have to say and she's just all around a great person she's a really good heart and she's really good at what she does I will definitely continue going to her... And the staff is so welcoming an kind I all around love this place an the staff..forever greatful to find an amazing doc. I have honestly never had a doctor who I want to keep for the rest of my life cuz she's awesome thank you Mrs Fatima and all the staff..
