Everyone who worked with me for my appointment yesterday was great! I've been to the 3 locations: Virginia Beach, Pensacola and Jacksonville. I'll definitely stick with Jacksonville or Virginia Beach. Jacksonville is a little over 3 hr drive from my current location.The Virginia Beach location always works with me if there's availability when I'm back in the area and need to get my HRT. I've been using HH&WL since Oct 2022 and have found out that you should keep your records/take them with you as each location doesn't seem to input your info in case you visit a different location. I have been battling with doctors about my PCOS for years and I’m always told it’s in my head I just need to lose weight. After coming here I have never felt more heard and valued as a person.
