I called later in the evening Tuesday and left a message when my ac was blowing hot air. J.P. showed up Wednesday morning and quickly identified the problem. He replaced the capacitor. He was very knowledgeable and very polite. I had ac unit installed 5 years ago from another company. He asked if it was registered. I showed him my invoice and the part was covered under warranty. I was not expecting that. He could have never asked and charged me for the part. I paid for a service call and that was it. Thank you so much for your honesty. Once again, J.P. was so polite. My AC unit was not cooling the upstairs at all. Called Chris Griffith at Griffith AC. He responded quickly and arrived shortly thereafter. He diagnosed the problem fast and had the system back up and running properly within the hour. His pricing was really reasonable. The net - timeliness of response, quality of service, and great pricing all top notch. Can't imagine using anyone else if the need comes up in the future.
