I called Knights AC for a second opinion after another company told me I needed a new duct installed in my bedroom. The owner came out to give me a quote, but instead of trying to sell me a $1,200 job I didn’t actually need, he was honest and told me the duct wasn’t the problem. He suggested replacing a $10 vent and explained a couple of simple things I could do to improve the airflow. It worked perfectly.

So I was having issues with my A/C where the thermostat kept shutting off. I used the shop vac to remove anything that could be blocking it. When that didn't work I contacted Lee from Knights Air Conditioning to get some help. Within an hour of calling, Shane came out and replaced the thermostat. Since it was a Saturday on a holiday weekend, I am extremely grateful.
Today I went outside and found my pipe. The first picture is my neighbor's pipe, which is what mine used to look like. The second picture is what mine looked. Not exactly sure what happened.
