We had Balanced Air sent a tech out to check our Ductwork at our residence,the tech name was Leon he went to our Attic check our system out everything was fine he came down and do a thermostat check in our bedrooms we found some rooms cooler so we came to a conclusion we need additional insulation which we will take care ourselves so please with the outcome.
The technicians from Balanced air are always professional and are happy to always keep me informed. We have tried a few other AC companies and we are very happy we found this company.
