On a very hot Sunday, when the AC went out, I called Balanced Air. I did not expect an answer, so I was pleasantly surprised when a very nice lady answered the phone. Early July, on a Sunday! She took my information and said the tech would be contacting me shortly. He called and explained he had to finish another call and would be right out. While we waited, he kept in touch, letting us know his progress. So nice to have that assurance that he was coming. It only took a short time for him (Jamie) to fix the problem and our home was getting cool again. We were so impressed, we decided we want Balanced Air to be our service company too. A wonderful, customer service business!
