I just wanted to say that Kaz is awesome! He was so polite and patient and listened to everything I had to say, and knew exactly what was wrong with my AC. He was quick, thorough and very sincere in his work. He explained everything to me, and I gained a lot of knowledge about air conditioners that I did not know. I can't say enough good about him lol. The BEST service EVER!! Ali the owner explains everything in detail and is understanding of financial burdens and helps The crew Tim, Kaz, and Marcus are absolutely AMAZING!! We were treated with respect during the whole replacement. When they were done, all of the mess was cleaned up. They definitely went above and beyond!!!!
Ali, Raz, Marcus and one more (sorry didn't get his name) were all great! Installed AC and replaced duct work quickly and professionally. So glad I called them. Will recommend to anyone that needs work done..Ali even fixed my screen door. ?
