“I had Choice Warranty and Jeremiah was assigned our technician from Cox. I really appreciated the evaluation he provided. He did a great job at explaining the problem with our unit. He took many photos and a video for the Warranty provider. I also liked him as a person. The owner even called and explained some things to me. I was impressed with this company. Choice Home Warranty turned down our repairs but I liked Cox. Not so much Choice!“
