“The Yoga Lounge studio is such a welcoming and relaxing space. Everyone was incredibly friendly, which made us feel comfortable right away. Since we were visiting from out of town on vacation, we especially appreciated that mats and props were provided. The studio was easy to find.
Nancy is an outstanding instructor! I brought my friend—who had never practiced yoga before—to two Gentle classes, and she absolutely loved the experience. Nancy’s guidance made the classes easy to follow, even for a beginner, while still providing a meaningful stretch and workout. My friend was amazed at how much her hamstrings, quads, and hips needed attention, and she left feeling motivated to find yoga classes near her home.
We truly enjoyed our experience and will definitely return on our next trip to NSB.”
