The instructors are known for their friendliness, expertise, and adjustments to accommodate any injuries or limitations. The instructors are so amazing and the classes are small. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Many clients have reported physical and mental improvements since joining, becoming more flexible and stronger. Overall, Club Pilates Port Orange provides high-quality, affordable Pilates training, helping clients look and feel better.

Took first Pilates Class and it was fun. Plan to sign up for two (2) workouts each week to supplement weight training and indoor / outdoor cardio.
