Kelly Knights vinyasa classes are truly wonderful as she reminds us to breath, be compassionate, slow down and feel. Kelly’s voice, calm energy and excellent sequencing are just a few reasons to return again and again. Please attend classes and workshops at this gem of a yoga studio. I had some experience with yoga, so I wanted to start with some classes. A year & half ago I walked into this beautiful yoga studio with open arms. What a lovely studio is so inviting. Kelly , the owner is amazing. As well as all the other teachers they all have a unique gift and different styles. If there was more time in the day, I will be there more often but when I am, it’s just what need to refresh my soul, my mind & spirit. Thank you for having this yoga studio available.
I have been practicing yoga for 10 years at many different studios. The yoga lounge has been, by far, the best. The women who work here, the owner Kelly and all of the yogis are the most w arm and welcoming group of amazing individuals I have ever encountered. I would highly recommend the yoga lounge!
