I have been a member of Yoga Bala for over two years. I can not say enough good things about the studio, and the instructor, Karrie. Karrie is an expert practitioner of yoga. It is abundantly clear that she enjoys what she does. She regularly engages with her students on a personal level, helping to enable and teach them ways to improve their yoga practice. Over the years, I have practiced yoga at numerous studios in the area, and Yoga Bala is by far (in my opinion) the best. I would recommend it to anyone, from beginner to long time practitioner.

I took my very first yoga class with Kerri and I am more than happy with my experience. The class was mixed with different skill levels and it was small. I didn't think I'd be able to keep up, but the class was made for everyone to feel comfortable at their own level. It was a beautiful way to start the day. The vibe at the studio is warm and welcoming. I'll definitely be back.

W O W. My girlfriend got me a class here for my birthday and i was excited just by seeing the online presence of Yoga bala. But when I stepped in there I felt immediately safe. I’ve been on my journey for some time now and it’s amazing seeing everyone else in the studio embarking on their own journey. not a single person in that studio came with a half a$$ed intention. Even if they couldn’t get into a post (me lol) everyone was still there for their own growth. All thanks to the amazing space held by the owner/instructor Karrie. perfect ques, perfect insight during a pose, and yet still gave you enough space to feel it and find yourself through the session.
