We have been using them for years to maintain our older Trane unit (which they kept functioning brilliantly until we were ready to replace). We requested estimates and received 4 in total. They personally came to our house to discuss in detail each and every offered unit. It was explained in a way that we could actually understand. They were very thorough and helped us pick the right unit for our house. Just the right amount of everything so that our expectations were met.
