HVAC went down and I called Andrew, he had me scheduled only a couple hours out within a few minutes. Andrew is very friendly and customer oriented, gives flate rate pricing, and no pressure honest repair recommendations. The price is fair and clear before work starts. All around great experience on a bad day. Plus got to meet a cool pup while he was here as a bonus.
We had a great experience with this company! Andrew was professional and knowledgeable about the issue we were having with our A/C unit. The service was fast and he provided a detailed invoice to show what the issue was and what was fixed. Also, let us know what maintenance and additional parts would be needed to avoid the issue in the future. Would definitely call him again for our A/C issues. Thanks Andrew!!!
After Sears Home Service cancelled my scheduled home warranty A/C repair twice within a week (in near 100 degree weather), Love My A/C saved the day by coming earlier than promised on the very next day and fixing our issue! Their crew was patient and kind and we are deeply grateful for their responsiveness and professionalism!
