i own a salon and after hours our ac went out. from a plane flying over the desert at 8 PM the owner lindsay scheduled me a technician who came out within the hour - AFTER HOURS. he quickly diagnosed the problem, found a solution, and explained it to me in a way i could understand because who really even knows what coolant is anyways?

the following morning their technician aaron came out. my only complaint is they sent an absolute beefcake of a muscle man to the salon full of women who were sweating our makeup off and he did not do shirtless hot yoga. aaron was so kind, professional enough to not do shirtless yoga, and got the ac unit up and running in no time. the owner scott came out to personally check on us and ensure things were okay.

because of cool breeze we were only without ac for 12 hours. 10/10 recommend.“

“Best a/c company around. They babied along our old trane unit (did better than several other companies). Then, in the middle of extreme heat last year, the trane unit was destroyed by a roofing company and Air One stepped in and saved the day. We’ve now had our new unit for over a year and their response time continues to be superb! Plus they are all about those in service (civil and military).“
