“I came to Dr. Blair for a bad case of a herniated disk that was putting pressure on S2 nerves that went down my legs,I experienced excruciating pain in my lower back and my left leg for months during pregnancy and postpartum. My OB and my PCP referred me to a spine specialist who said my only options were injections (annually) or surgery . Thank god I found Dr. Blair before I signed up for either! Dr. Blair recommended spinal decompression and just after a few sessions the pain in my leg went away and with consistent sessions the pain in my back has gotten so much better . My quality of life has improved and I am thankful to Dr. Blair and her team for that!
Their office is very flexible with appointments and they try go accommodate the patient’s needs. I drive an hour to get to their office but it is SO worth it !
Ps: female chiropractics are not easy to find , let alone finding a great one ! HIGHLY recommend!“

Kirsten was incredibly personable and easy to talk to, but she most importantly treated concerns with respect and severity and worked on exercises to help relieve the issues. I worked with her and her team for several months and made great progress while have an enjoyable time doing it.
