“I attended a networking event a few weeks ago and happen to meet the owner, Justin C. He invited my husband and I to visit the facility and I was so pleasantly surprised! The facility is big, the staff is super friendly; down to earth people, and they have a great culture and environment.I've been able to work with a few of the staff on physical movement and alignment and wow... I can't put into words the amount of relief I felt during and after the session! I suffered an arm and wrist pain for the past 4 years. I tried going to massage therapy and it provided a little relief but never went away. My husband kept nagging me to see a doctor but I was afraid of them telling me I needed some shot or surgery. I really wanted a natural solution but didn't know where to go that would be truly effective. Then I came to New Dimensions. After my first visit, my wrist felt 50% better! I was like WOW. Then I though oh, maybe the pain will come back like it always has. To my surprise, I didn't. In fact, my pain lessen throughout the week. My therapist was Mario (who truly has magical hands and energy)!I've been able to work with Mario, Dusty and Mitch. Each of my therapist have been so phenomenal at their craft. Dusty helped me understand my body and muscle. She basically "put me back in place" and the tension in my body melted away. With Mitch, he got my back into alignment and helped me with learning how to regain balance. Oh and my arm/wrist pain is nearly non-existent! I can't thank them enough for caring about my well-being. I highly recommend checking them out for overall health and definitely an alternative to shots and surgery!“

“I came in around September of 2023 for a stiff caused by a rear end collision from a Semi back in July of 2023. Mobility in my neck was very severely limited and my lower back would lock up one or twice a month.After I was x-rayed and an MRI of my neck was taken, I was given about 5 months of physical therapy at the Complete Care office on Colonial dr which included adjustments. All the physical therapist did an excellent job with guiding me through the physical therapy exercises and the adjustments provided by the chiropractors were especially helpful.I now have full range of my motion in my neck and my back is no longer locking up.Thank you to CDs Troy Kieran and Nishka Medina Montalvo and Gusset Griggs and physical therapist Ashley, Gaby, and LaShaundra ;) and anyone else I missed for all your help.“

“It was a very positive experience from the onset from calling and making an appointment to inquiring about cost and being accommodated on very short notice. Also turnaround time was quick for getting a x-ray, and they made that happen the same day right before the appointment so that we would know what we were dealing with, and then sent me for an MRI and results for rent at a follow up appointment while this was all paid out-of-pocket and not their insurance it was still fairly affordable.“
