I have been going now for several weeks and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve dealt with migraines, low energy, issues with focusing and tension throughout my body. I wasn’t happy with going to my PCP and just being prescribed pills for everything. I wanted a more holistic option for what I was experiencing and this is it! The best decision I have made for my well being in a while.

Since I have been going, I have had no migraines, I have more energy, more focus and my body just feels better. Dr. Li sits and talks to me before every appointment. She takes notes and then she does my Accupunture specific to how I’m currently doing after the last session. She will also do extra treatments such as cupping, ear seeding and deep tissue massage (the best!). She explains the benefits of each treatment to you before recommending them. You get all of these things in your session fee which is not expensive (if your insurance doesn’t cover it). You can also get extra herbal supplements or Chinese medicine teas based on your ailments. These are a very low extra fee.

I know some people might this the acupuncture hurts. It doesn’t! You barely feel the needles. They are so tiny! The cupping is not painful either. Honestly, I take a little nap each session. So relaxing. Haha!
