My primary therapist Helen was kind, understanding and incredibly patient throughout my treatment. She took the time to explain every exercise step-by-step, making sure I understood the purpose of each movement and felt comfortable asking questions. She always answered my questions throughly and with genuine care.
On occasion when Helen wasn’t available I worked with Syd, Alison, and Rosaura and they were just as attentive, knowledgeable and supportive.

I’ve had negative experiences with chiropractors in the past, aggressive sales tactics, inflated treatment plans, excessive adjustment schedules, and very little actual assessment. That is not the case here.
