I called Pronto to repair my washer. The technician whose name escapes me came in, looked at the replacement part I bought and immediately knew I ordered the wrong thing. He showed me my error, ordered the correct part and informed he would be back when he correct part arrived. They received the part sooner than expected and scheduled return service. Today he came back, completed the repairs. He also remembered another issue I mentioned on the initial visit, he investigated and discovered the issue. Needless to say, I will be calling Pronto for ALL of my future appliance repairs. Great service, extremely knowledgeable and professional at a fair price!
