The whole team at Mr. Repair has been so amazing during a difficult time! Being without air conditioning is definitely a first world problem but can make for very uncomfortable living. The team at Mr. Repair worked efficiently with my home warranty company to help get everything back and running as quickly as they could. Every person that came to my home from beginning to end of this process has been amazing! Nick was the first to come and bless his soul had to defrost my entire system for over an hour before even being able to diagnose and was still polite as ever! I have used Mr. Repair several times! They are always friendly & easy to work with. Their availability is wide open & they do a wonderful job of working around what works for the client!The repairs have held up! & I am extremely satisfied with their business!
I would like to give a shout out to your repairman NICHOLAS!! He entered my home very professional, friendly, smiling and ready to work. He is very organized and his work area was tidy when he finished the job. He answered all my questions quickly and left me a sense of understanding. He goes ABOVE AND BEYOND of what is required to do the job and to keep the customer happy. If I had to rate this young man he would get the highest score a BIG 10!!! He deserves a raise in the future because HE'S A KEEPER!!!!.
