“This vision center gives a great exam. They are so friendly and thorough. The doctor really knows what she is doing. My last exam was in 2017 at a high end vision place where I was told my vision was "disappearing". They tried to sell me expensive supplements and tried to convince me I needed to return every 3 months for tests my insurance wouldn't cover. This vision center showed me the scans of my eyes and went over everything with me. No scamming here. Just great doctoring and incredible service.“

“I thought the Doctor was great! I didn’t like that the office did a vision exam and said they couldn’t charge my insurance because they can’t charge medical and vision benefits at the same appointment. However, they didn’t tell me this when they did the vision exam. I didn’t end up paying after I complained. But, you should tell patients that you won’t be able to charge my insurance. And now they won’t give me the vision exam results that they did. I have to make another appointment. Why did you do them in the first place? The Doctor was great, no complaints about her.“

“I cannot say enough good things about my recent experiences at this Pearle Vision location! I started scheduling my exams here after years of abuse and torture at the Citrus Park Lenscrafters. I recently learned that Dr. James Cancelleri retired, and I could not have been more relieved for every other patron at Lenscrafters in Citrus Park Mall. Every visit to that location was torture and it wasn't until looking around the area when I finally realized that I could be going to a completely different optometrist for the same cost with much higher quality results! I loved my last experience with Dr. Kristine Le. I was also able to reunite with the tech who years ago taught me how to wear contact lenses! I was so excited to learn that Felix had moved from Lenscrafters and was working at my new favorite optometrist's office. I will say, I didn't love my experience with the "sales" person who helped me with my glasses post-exam, but I get the feeling she just didn't love her job. Not a ding on the entire establishment, just hopeful that she finds and pursues her passion, since this is clearly not it. Happy to see Felix and happy to be in the hands of an optometrist who cares about her clients and provides accurate and effective diagnoses.“

“I dealt with 2 women at this location; first Juju, 2nd Janmar. In getting past some of the confusion with my prescriptions, as I had 2 exams, 1 in Nov of 23, and the 2nd in Jan of 24, Juju assisted with my frames. I found her personalble, easy to talk with and the prescript was filled. Unfortunately, the prescript was incorrectly written and had to be changed which is when Janmar stepped in, in Juju's absence. Janmar's suggestion to return to the 2nd exam location was to use their testing frames, if they had them and this turned out to be my resolution. I've been wearing my correct prescript in my new frame for a week now and all seems well. Thank you to both women and know I appreciate your time and efforts. Blessings to you both...“

“Dr. Malouf is the best, most knowledgeable opthomologist I have met or had in 70 years. I am from several different affluent areas where supposedly we always had the best. But they paled in comparison to Dr. Malouf. He examined my eyes and found hereditary issues that no doctor had ever mentioned which explained problems I was having. Thank you Dr. Malouf. He will take care of my eyes till the end now. He is young, laid back, friendly and NOT condescending like so many doctors are. There is no flashy glitz office, here you only find 100% quality care, and detailed explanations of your eye care.“
