Optical Outlets

Optical Outlets is a popular choice for eyeglasses and contact lenses in Florida. With over 50 locations, each owned and operated by doctors, the business prides itself on exceptional customer service and a wide selection of both discount and designer eyewear. Customers praise the friendly and helpful staff who guide them through the entire process, from choosing frames to ensuring a smooth delivery. The store is known for quickly resolving issues, such as broken frames, and providing solutions like frame replacements. Optical Outlets has also been recognized for its ability to handle prescription complexities and work with customers to find the best fit.

Recent reviews highlight the friendly staff, with Dr. Carly praised for her bedside manners and Leilani for being very informative. Customers often mention the pleasant atmosphere and excellent customer service, which is rare today. The store is also appreciated for quick and efficient service; for example, Monica promptly fixed a broken nose grip piece in less than five minutes. Many customers recommend Optical Outlets for contacts, glasses, and eye exams.

However, some reviews mention concerns about pricing transparency. One foster mom shared her experience of feeling unwelcoming when discussing contact lens prices, although she appreciated the eye doctor and the staff member who helped her daughter with contacts. Despite this, the overall experience remains positive, with many customers returning for the helpful and friendly service provided by the staff and the professional care from the doctors.
