I believe someone called her Pearl. She does her job very well and I cannot imagine how many “KARENS” she deals with each day. I counted 3 during our 1hr 1/2 visit. That woman needs a raise! “Yirah was helping me and told me my insurance wasn't going to cover my lenses. I started crying because I've been 6 months without being able to see right. When Mohammed heard what was going on he told yirah to put something in the computer and they then told me I could get two pairs of glasses! A wonderful company with an amazing staff!
