I have been working with this Company for about 10 years now.I recently contacted this Company due to an issue I was having with my A/C.Their Staff (Pedro) immediately responded (the next morning).I described the problem I was having to Pedro and we discussed scheduling a visit, rates, etc.However, thanks to Melissa Rivera's verbal recommendation to set the switch on the thermostat to "Auto Fan", the problem seemed to resolve itself. I was thus spared the cost of a House Visit.This speaks to the honesty and integrity of this Company.Thank you, Pedro and Melissa!Very much appreciated!

Efficient, knowledgeable and direct. Annual maintenance service cost is fairly priced, we were told tips on how to keep our AC running properly. Straight forward; no new issues added to raise the cost of the visit~so we will definitely call again.Service: A/C system maintenance
