“I have been a customer of Target Optical for nearly 15 years. Today, I visited the Pine Island Rd location to purchase 2 pairs of eyeglasses. I was assisted by associate Jessica. I have always had good service, but today's was so great - I needed to leave a review! There were several customers present, and I could observe Jessica's interactions with them. She was the consummate professional: experienced/knowledgeable, friendly and patient. She made my selection process easy, navigated my vision insurance quickly, provided great advice and assistance. “I show up ahead of my 8:00 meeting, which I have received and confirmed by email.
At 8:05 I’m given a pre exam and then I sit in the room until the doctor arrives at the office sometime after 8:30 and then he starts to see the patients that are waiting in the rooms.
I left the office about 8:50 and just barely made my 9:00 other appointment.
I schedule early mornings to get in and out.
Why are appointments scheduled at a time when the doctor isn’t even in the building.
This is not a one off! I had an 8:15 appointment previously and it was an hour and 45 minutes before I was able to leave.“
