I had an excellent appointment. I was taken right away and I had a through eye exam where all my questions were answered. It was a pleasure to do business with this office. The entire favility was spotless. Everyone was professional and a joy to work with and Doctor Sara Johnson is my favorite!

The doctor and staff are great! The only criticism is their new phone system. It is virtually impossible to get anyone on the phone with any type of billing question. I was due a refund once I received by EOB and am over two months now trying to get it. The local office was able to help assist, but it is still not totally resolved.
