New lenses came in wrong. Patrick did all feasible ways to find the problem. After a recheck, my right eye astigmatism was missing. New lenses ordered which I’m waiting on. Customer service was the best.

My husband and I were immediately seen by the BJ's eye personnel. Both ladies were professional and friendly and went out of their way to give us information while we were looking for frames and what different options were available to us. Only issue we had was with the actual BJ's store, it was crazy COLD in the store. My husband went outside to warm up at one point.
