I went in for a specific frame for my 6 year old daughter's lenses with a special cut. Roxy and Dianne were so helpful and really went above and beyond. If I could give a six star about this business, I would! I went here because I did not want to use a chain eye center. I wanted to go to a small business type establishment. I am so happy I did! Dianne, who has been there 10 years, was amazing! Dynamic personality and so helpful. She treated my wife Shelly and I with outstanding customer service! She also guided me perfectly in getting the lens I wanted. Thanks Dianne! You are awesome! The Eye Doctor Albert Evans was funny and had a fantastic personality, and saved me $98.00 (cost of the Eye Exam)! He sat me down and treated me like we all want to be treated (not try to just take our money and treat us like a number). He asked me why I was getting an eye exam when I already had one a year or so ago so he insisted I can save money by going with the lens strength I had already (I brought in my present glasses that I use, but need to get a new pear of lens on a designer frame I have from years ago). OMG!!! The ladies at One Price Optical are : THE BOMB.COM! I step on my glasses breaking the arm completely off. Within 10 mins they transferred my lens to another frame and ordered new lens under the scratch warranty! So grateful!!! Thanks ladies :)
