My kids just started going to Ludus MMA two months ago to the kids classes. My boys are 7 & 8 years old. They are now going Monday through Thursday evenings and they absolutely love it. They are sad when it’s not an MMA day. They get an amazing workout along with strength and agility training while learning really good skills that will help them throughout their lives. I have watched them gain confidence as well as discipline. The amount of improvement and skill my kids have accomplished in two months is unbelievable. They have not gotten this from any previous sport. And this is benefiting the other sports that they do. I highly recommend Ludus Martial Arts, especially for their kids classes. You won’t find anything else that will teach them these skills at an affordable cost. Nathan is an awesome coach. My kids love him and he is great at keeping all the kids entertained and enjoying exercise.

I also got highlights for the first time ever, and they turned out perfect! She gave me lots of styling tips and advice on how to keep my new hair healthy.

I went to Ilene after inflaming my back and shoulder, and she was incredible from the moment I walked in. She immediately noticed my gait and asked about my lower back before I even mentioned it. She explained everything clearly, set a calm and safe space, and made it easy to relax.
Once the massage started, I was in heaven. Her flow was smooth, intentional, and never wasted a movement. She worked muscles I didn’t even know needed attention and even taught me how to care for some of it at home.

Liz has been cutting my hair for a long time and she always does a wonderful job! She listens to what I want and if I ask her to change domething during the cut she does so without hesitation. She is highly skilled and knows her craft well. I haven't used her for hair color because I don't color my hair, but I know someone who has and she did a wonderful job with her haircolor. Liz always makes you feel comfortable and she only schedules one customer at a time so her attention is focused on you. I highly recommend Liz for your hair care needs!
