Joanna is an amazing instructor! She guides an awesome class each time l've attended. She is very intentional, her sessions always hit all my pain points, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. Between her personality and instructing, will always sign up when she has a class. Clean studio, great energy, and I love that they host free classes in the community as well. Highly recommend this studio all around?

If I could give Hot Spot more than a 5 star review I would! I had no experience with yoga before trying their 30 day introductory offer (super reasonable at $30 for unlimited classes!!!). I ended up going 5-6 times a week and it transformed my body and my mindset. The pace of the classes I took were never slow or too “meditative” (something I thought yoga would be but I wasn’t interested in that aspect of) and they were always challenging and made me feel like I had an excellent workout but never feeling depleted. From the minute I walked in the door at Hotspot, I have felt welcomed! The hot yoga and the dynamic instructors are challenging and fabulous. I would recommend this studio to anyone and Everyone!!!
