My massage with Ilene was amazing. Ilene’s gift is knowing your needs before you do. She uses her pressures and techniques with a precision touch. Ilene educated me not only on my muscular needs but also my skin care for my body and my face . I felt like it was important for her to teach me things I didn’t know and helped me to learn about possible solutions for me as my needs are changing. I highly recommend checking out Ilene!!!!
I have no reservations giving Two Palms 5 stars. I've gone to Ilene for massage for years now, and when I tell you my fibromyalgia and migraines have never been better...it's mostly due to her healing hands. She is both educated and intuitive and brings such positivity and brightness to her work. I highly recommend to folks like me with chronic pain and illness who have been searching for someone who understands their body. Ilene does. So blessed to have found a therapist like her.
I went to Ilene after inflaming my back and shoulder, and she was incredible from the moment I walked in. She immediately noticed my gait and asked about my lower back before I even mentioned it. She explained everything clearly, set a calm and safe space, and made it easy to relax.
Once the massage started, I was in heaven. Her flow was smooth, intentional, and never wasted a movement. She worked muscles I didn’t even know needed attention and even taught me how to care for some of it at home.
