I was in the area for 3 weeks with the navy and wanted to train while up here. I did my research and checked this place out. They weren't the first gym I visited but definitely the last. First of all, solid instruction. I've trained with professionals before and that's exactly what the coaches here are, Professionals. They teach the fundamentals which is crucial for all levels and build from there. I felt welcomed in like a family. No egos or intimidation. I recommend this gym for those that want to get in shape and have fun, those wanting to learn how to defend themselves and those who want to step in the cage and throw down. Highly recommended.
