After leaving a poor review one of their managers reached out to me and offered to make things right. They sent a team to inspect my system thoroughly and make sure everything was working properly. I’m still not 100% convinced with the system as it does still feel a littl warm sometimes, but I don’t think it’s entirely their fault. It is a new construction home and I feel like it may be poorly insulated which makes a difference in the temperature. I wanted to update it and be fair, because they did try and make things right for me.

Great experience with Lunsford Air. The crew (Alex and James) were polite, professional and efficient. My wife and I will use Lunsford for all our heating and a/c needs in the future.
