Mr Turner installed a de-humidifier system, utilizing the fan system for my central A/C back in Mar 2021. We checked it out and it appeared to be working fine. I didn't use the de-humidifier until Dec '21 and found that it was running the A/C compressor, which it wasn't supposed to do. After contacting him he came out as soon as possible to check things out. After trying several possible solutions, over a couple of months, he finally found that the HVAC thermostat was causing the problem and replaced it at no charge to me. He did an excellent job and I am totally satisfied with the work performed. Highly Recommend Turner Heating & Air!
