Everyone from Ken P to Justin, Matt, Patrick did a great job with our install. Ken was our rep and explained everything so well. He showed us different options, absolutely no pressure, answered our questions and gave great responses and opinions where asked. He was very responsive through our entire process and followup. 💯 % The install crew was very pleasant and worked great. We have such a small attic I felt so bad and made brownies for them. New inside, new outside, new duct work, new insulation , and even a new vent in our hallway. Amazing and a very pleasant team all around!! An issue popped up with the thermostat. I spoke to Ken at 9ish and tech Laith came out by 1pm. Excellent and very pleasant. He fixed the issue and will return to do a checkup/adjustments. 110% recommend Armor
The tech Stephen was awesome and very professional! He presented me with several options for replacing my AC unit.
