Called Armor Service Group after our AC conked out and the inside temps were rising quick! We had a tech, Jake, at our door in less than 2 hrs.! Amazingly fast! He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. We have found our new HVAC company. Very happy with their service.
Melanie and Jake were great today! Incredible and genuine customer service. We were even able to be worked in earlier than our original scheduled time. Jake was very transparent of what the situation was and everything we would be charged for. Will continue to call Armor for any future issues!
While the news I received was not anything anyone would want to hear, I have to say I am absolutely delighted to have contacted them! The woman I spoke with on the phone was incredibly kind and quick to gather my information and have a tech sent out! My technician, Justin, was fantastic. Very professional and explained every single step to me, answered all questions, and even took plenty of photos to ensure I was able to see everything he was able to diagnose!
