“Clarence came out to give me an estimate on replacing my duct work because I thought I might have mold in my duct work affecting my air quality. He did a thorough inspection and suggested I call a mold specialist to find the root of the issue because he said it might not be the duct work. Replacing duct work is pricey and if that’s not the issue, it won’t fix my problem. I greatly appreciated his honesty and professionalism. The mold specialist came out and found my ducts were in great shape. Would use them again with any A/c issues I have in the future and highly recommend them to others. An honest business is hard to find nowadays and this is definitely an honest one!!“

“I paid quit a bit of $ back in the spring for a "Spring/Fall" twice a year maintenance. They were supposed to call me before coming out, instead called when they showed up. Thankfully someone was at the house at the time. I ran over during my lunch to meet with them just as they'd finished. I was told that my AC Coils were nearly completely rusted out and that the AC 'might' make it a month or so. Despite the house having been purchased less than a year before and a full inspection being done with no finding of rusted out coils.Come the fall, I called to schedule and appointment and was again told "Our tech will call before they come out.. " That was three weeks ago.I called again today to check on the schedule, and it took almost four hours before I got a call back and was told "Our tech's can be be there 6 days from now.... " Very disappointed. Will not be using them again.*UPDATE* A few hours after posting this, I received a call that technicians would be coming by the next day. Mike & DJ came to the place, were super professional, thorough and took care of the season maintenance as well as checked to make sure my heating was working for me ( I was having some issues ).
