Claudia and Aspen were both extremely knowledgeable about the entire process and gave us detailed information about our pre-paid plan. They were both very compassionate and understanding of our emotions and made the process easier as they understood what we were going through specially coming from out of state and having to book flights and make all the necessary arrangements to make our mom's last wish true.
