“I contacted Vista Memorial staff during the funeral of a family member. I requested information regarding arrangements for prepaid cremation services for my wife and me and our respective mothers. The staff member scheduled a telephone meeting with Mr. Ronald Sammario.
Mr. Sammario called me the next day and he explained the different options for cremation services. He was very detailed, knowledgeable, professional, and customer service oriented.
I ended up buying Cremation packages for the aforementioned parties.
I am really happy with Mr. Sammario diligence and assistance in this matter.
I strongly believe he is a great asset for Vista Memorial Funeral Home, And he should be commended for his Going above and beyond to make sure that I chose the plan that best addressed my needs.“

It actually allowed us to keep the casket open, as we had originally decided to do closed casket because he suffered from jaundice so we expected a lot of makeup, but Jessica made him look exactly as he was before his illness, and for that we are incredibly grateful. “Going to Florida after Mom passed on February 12, 2024, was a surreal experience. My emotions were in turmoil, my thoughts awry. This was going to be a whole new experience, called making arrangements. Thankfully we had Bell's Funeral Home and the team led by Jessica Arroyo overseeing every last detail. From my first encounter and throughout I felt at ease with their handling of our needs. There were a few bumps in the road along the way with other staff members. I was very happy and relieved that he was the person designated to bring my fathers cremains to the church.
