Had a wonderful experience here with Angel Hernandez, the Family Service Counselor. Angel spent a great deal of time with me showing me all the options for my Sister's final resting place. The mausoleum here is beautiful and I am very satisfied with the niche selected. I cannot thank Angel enough for his assistance and listening to my concerns. My sister lived and worked here in Coral Gables for 42 years. She loved Coral Gables and I know this is the place for Her.

From the very beginning, they helped me coordinate my father’s funeral 100% remotely from Canada, always responding promptly to my many questions by phone and email. They also guided me through the cremation arrangements to ensure everything was seamlessly in place for my return flight home, which lifted such a heavy burden off my shoulders.
When I finally met them in person, they were just as warm, compassionate, and attentive—they truly felt like family. The facility itself was beautiful, and every detail was handled with care and intention.
My father was a tailor, so it was deeply important to me that his presentation reflected who he was. I provided very specific instructions on how he should be dressed and how certain creations should be placed in the room, and they honored every single detail flawlessly.
As someone of West Indian heritage, it was also essential that the service reflected our culture. They went above and beyond to help bring that vision to life in such a meaningful and respectful way.
