AND a woman Elizabeth Boyles... who filled in for Cynthia Emery when she wasn't available which was quite often in the 3.5 weeks of waiting for my fathers remains.
What I did get was support from Mr. Ketzle, even when he wasn't on the job! for this I am grateful.
