Beyond satisfied with the service I received from Miami Monument Company. This process could not have been any easier, I went on their website and filled out a form, the very next day I was contacted and began the process. I did NOT even need to leave my home. In a very busy and hot city like Miami that is such a benefit. The rep I worked with let me know when the installation was completed and earlier today I went to check it out. It is beautiful. Yanay from Miami monuments went above and beyond helping me. My father died in 1988 and had never had a headstone marker due to my mother and my finances. I was worried at first because I live in Pennsylvania and my father is buried in Florida where I used to live and it had been so many years and also my mother had passed away up here in Pennsylvania but I finally decided before I die I wanted my father to get his marker.
