This place is horrible and disrespectful for the dead and their family.A year ago my mother was taken to that funeral home. When I arrived she was in one of the viewing rooms in the Casket still with the Hair Dye on her, they put a clear plastic bag over the pillow so that the Dye on her hair wouldn't stain the Pillow. How in the hell can you leave hair Dye on a person's head without rinsing it off? They didn't even rinse my mother's hair or even Style it!!!When I asked my Sister to call who ever was in charge that evening and tell them to take my mother's body back to rinse the Hair Dye off of her hair and make her presentable their response was, NO. My father Francisco Ignasio Grana died on January 4 and the procedures for his cremation were carried out in this funeral home. I want to express my eternal gratitude to the workers, especially Marisé, she is a loving person, she explained everything to me with a lot of patience and affection, she is very professional. and few people behave like this, especially those who work with the public. In addition to providing a very fast service, they emanate a lot of peace. May God bless you Marisé and thank you always.
Even though it was a very difficult time, National Funeral Home was very helpful and patient. They took the time to explain the entire process and they were very affordable and provided great quality service. The makeup artist also did a great job at keeping my daddy looking like himself.
